  1. Repeat Infringer Policy

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Your signature (physical or electronic).

  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA complaint.
